Michelle Eybers brings extensive experience as a registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), helping organisations navigate the SETA environment, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and helping companies maximise the training and funding opportunities available to them. Her services include Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions, SETA liaison, B-BBEE skills development compliance, learnership and internship coordination, and conducting skills audits to identify training needs aligned to both business goals and regulatory requirements.
Natalie Arendse leads Nembali's financial consulting offering, empowering clients with a comprehensive suite of financial solutions tailored to their needs. Drawing on a wealth of experience, she offers specialised services spanning internal audit, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance, as well as the compilation of annual financial statements, audit readiness, and IFRS and GRAP reporting. She also serves as an independent non-executive director on audit committees, and advises clients on BBBEE compliance and inclusive growth strategies.
